so, here she is...the unlikely mama


that mama looks to be a plain, simple girl.
look at her perched up there on top of that beautiful egg.
i wonder how many people, besides me, are astounded by the extraordinary qualities of their own children.

the necklace is strung with a single strand of tiny amethyst and labradorite beads with freshwater pearls at the very back next to the (lobster) clasp. i was disappointed to realize i had run out of handmade toggle clasps, so i decided to throw a simple purchased clasp on here, since this one is for me. last night i got to work making clasps so that the unlikely mama that i have planned for etsy will have a handmade clasp!
