a mixed blessing, really.
i LOVE spending time with the kids at something less than a break-neck pace. but when our school vacations don't match up i get to do things like caulk the woodwork in the basement, paint the woodwork in the basement, and work in the studio. today, continued work on the color challenge. who knew polymer clay would be so hard to work with?!
this is recess-filling number 4 in some areas, and i just can't get rid of that layered, dusty look no matter how tiny my sanding grit is, or how carefully i jam that stuff in there. i'm starting to think about how resin might look in there.....
I really like the translucent green!
